Terms and conditions

1. Seat numbers will be automatically assigned according to time of purchase.
2. Each e-ticket has a unique QR code that is valid for only one ticket.
3. Bring a valid identification card (KTP/Driver’s License/Passport/Student Card) with your name matching the name stated on the e-ticket.
4. E-tickets that have been redeemed cannot be replaced or exchanged. The organizer is not responsible for any wristbands that are damaged or lost after being issued.
5. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove attendees who violate event rules without providing a refund.
